1. Geltungsbereich
This page explains how to request deletion of personal data processed by MDH Group in connection with marqentra.com, the public Marqentra demo or a social media authorization configured through Marqentra.
2. App-Zugriff widerrufen
Authorizations for Facebook, Instagram, Threads or other platforms can also be revoked in the respective account or app settings of the platform provider. This ends future access to the connected account.
3. Submit a deletion request
You can submit a deletion request by email to service@mdh-group.de or via our Kontaktseite Please include the email address used with Marqentra and, if applicable, the affected service or connected social media account. Do not send passwords, access tokens or app secrets.
4. Bearbeitung
We review the request and delete or anonymize attributable personal data unless statutory retention, evidence or security requirements prevent this. Data in self-installed customer installations of Marqentra is held by the respective operator and must be deleted there.
