1. Scope
These terms supplement the general terms and conditions for the self-installable content, social media, editorial and community platform.
2. Right of use
For the agreed term or purchase, the customer receives a simple, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use within the booked scope.
3. Scope of license
Edition, user, project, autopilot, connector, AI and post limits are determined by the booked offer. DEVELOPER and DEMO are not regular customer editions available for purchase. Updates are available while the license is active.
4. Prohibited use
In particular, sharing license keys, publicly providing installation files, circumventing license or limit checks, unauthorized reproduction and reverse engineering outside cases mandatorily permitted by law are prohibited.
5. Drittanbieter
The customer's own accounts, API keys and contracts with third-party providers remain the customer's responsibility.
6. Updates and support
Updates and support are provided according to the booked offer. Entitlement to specific future functions exists only where expressly promised.
7. End of contract
After the contract ends, authorization to use license-bound functions ends. Statutory rights and expressly promised data export options remain unaffected.
8. Precedence
In the event of conflicts, these product-specific terms take precedence over the general terms and conditions.
