Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the Marqentra contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment as in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Digital content
For a contract concerning digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire early if you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends, confirmed your awareness that this causes the withdrawal right to expire, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract.
Digital services
For services, compensation may be due for the performance provided up to withdrawal if you expressly requested that performance begin before the withdrawal period expired and you were properly informed. The right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance only under the statutory conditions.
Electronic withdrawal function
Where the contract is concluded via an online user interface and the statutory requirements are met, an easily accessible electronic withdrawal function will be provided during the withdrawal period.
